3. Consider approval of minutes from the meeting of February 25, 2021.
4. Receive presentation regarding private hangar construction and extension of taxi way.
5. Discuss and possibly act on the reassignment of the Airport Ground Lease Agreement for
Hangar Q, from Larry David Ervin to O&H Air, LLC.
6. Receive FBO report.
7. Discuss and make recommendations for the Cox Field Master Plan, Capital Improvement
Plan, and RAMP Plan. (A motion to remove this item from the table is required before deliberating)
8. Receive input regarding the emergency exit roadway. (Jim Bell)
9. Items for future agendas.
