WHEREAS, the terms of office of Dr. Rick Casey, J. H.
Blankinship, Mrs. Robert Norment, Dr. Richard Bercher and
Rev. Samuel Evans, as members of the Advisory Board of
Health of the City of Paris, expired on December 31, 1986;
and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Billy Joe
Burnett, does hereby recommend the re-appointment of Mrs.
Robert Norment, Dr. Richard Bercher and Rev. Samuel Evans,
and the appointments of Dr. Gordon B. Strom, Jr. and
Dr. M. Thomas Cutrell, for a term of two (2) years,
beginning January 1,1987, and ending December 31, 1988;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, that the re-appointment of Mrs. Robert Norment, Dr.
Richard Bercher and Rev. Samuel Evans, and the appointments
of Dr. Gordon B. Strom, Jr. and Dr. M. Thomas Cutrell, to
serve as members of the Advisory Board of Health of the City
of Paris, for a term of two (2) years, beginning January 1,
1987, and ending December 31, 1988, be, and the same are
hereby approved and confirmed by the City Council of the
City of Paris.
Passed and adopted this 12th day of January, 1987.

RESOLUTION NO. 87-002
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did
heretofore, in Resolution No. 86-127, award the contract for
the routing, cleaning and sealing of joints on the 13/31
runway, 03/21 runway, apron, and taxiways A, B, and C at Cox
Field to Steven T. King, d/b/a Technical Coatings Co.; and,
WHEREAS, Dick Boots,
recommends the amendment
No. 1 attached hereto as
net decrease in contract
$49,999.00, by deleting
routed to a minimum depth
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the contract for routing, cleaning and sealing
of joints on the 13/31 runway, 03/21 runway, apron, and
taxiways A,B, and C at Cox Field is hereby amended by Change
Order No. 1 attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and the Mayor of
the City of Paris, Billy Joe Burnett, is hereby authorized
and directed, on behalf of the City of Paris, to execute
said Change Order.
