RESOLUTION NO. 87-020
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the membership of
the Building Commission of the City of Paris due to Lyndo1
Brown moving out of the City, and it is necessary to appoint
his successor, and the Mayor of the City of Paris, Billy Joe
Burnett, having appointed Rayburn Bell to serve the
unexpired term of Lyndol Brown, which ends December 31,
1987, and has submitted the name of such person to the City
Council of the City of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the appointment of Rayburn Bell, as a member of
the Building Commission of the City of Paris, to serve the
unexpired term of Lyndo1 Brown, which ends December 31,
1987, is by the City Council of the City of Paris hereby
approved and confirmed.
