WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the membership of
the Building Commission of the City of Paris due to the
resignation of Jack Denman, and it is necessary to appoint
his successor, and the Mayor of the City of Paris, Billy Joe
Burnett, having appointed Michael R. Rhodes to serve the
unexpired term of Jack Denman, which ends December 31, 1989,
and has submitted the name of such person to the City
Council of the City of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the appointment of Michael R. Rhodes, as a
member of the Building Commission of the City of Paris, to
serve the unexpired term of Jack Denman, which ends December
31, 1989, is by the City Council of the City of Paris hereby
approved and confirmed.
