BACKGROUND: The applicant requests approval of a final plat for the East Side Storage
development in order to facilitate the next phase of storage building improvements. At its meeting
held on June 7, 2021 the planning commission recommended approval of the final plat.
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the Final Plat without conditions.
