North #1 Addition, LCAD Property ID 125739 and 104691, located in the 4100
Block of Lamar Ave.
DATE: June 28, 2021
BACKGROUND: The applicant requests approval of a replat for the Morningside North #1
addition development in order to facilitate the reconstruction of the site for RNR Custom Wheels
and Tires. At its meeting held on June 7, 2021 the planning commission recommended approval
of the final plat.
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the Replat without conditions.
