Members Present: Chadlee Johnston, Tony Corso, Vicki Ballard, Bud Mistry, Trey Glascock, Renee
Harvey, Brittney Keys, Tim Walsworth and Bryan Hargis.
Staff Present: Becky Semple, Gina Crawford and Paul Allen.
Minutes: A motion to approve April minutes was made by Trey Glascock, seconded by Tony Corso.
Motion passed unanimously.
Financials: Vicki Ballard presented the April financials. A motion to approve was made by Tim
Walsworth, seconded by Bud Mistry. Motion passed unanimously.
New Business: None
Old Business: The Texas Car Show was a great success and Red Bull/US Pump Track Championship will
be here on May 28-30 weekend.
Adiourn: Brittney Keys made a motion to adjourn.
