WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, did
heretofore on the 25th day of September, 1986, authorize the
City Staff to develop plans and specifications for Main
Street Market Square Development Project; and,
WHEREAS, the plans and specifications for Main Street
Market Square Development Project have been prepared by the
William M. Lightfoot, AlA, architect, which plans and
specifications are recommended for approval; and,
WHEREAS, such plans and specifications
approved and such proj ect should be advertised
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the plans and specifications for Main Street
Market Square Development Project are hereby approved.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That such proj ect for Main
Street Market Square Development Proj ect should be
advertised for bids to be received after due notice and
thereafter returned to City Council for letting.
