1987-031-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore authorize the utility relocation in RESOLUTION NO. 87-031 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore authorize the utility relocation in connection with Collegiate Drive Improvement Project; and, WHEREAS, the easement descriptions necessary for the completion of said utility relocation project are shown on Exhibit A attached hereto; and, WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the above described utility easements are necessary for said utility relocation proj ect and that the same should be condemned; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, That the City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to proceed with eminent domain proceedings to condemn the above described property to be used for utility relocation in connection with Collegiate Drive Improvement Project.
