WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris is in
receipt of a deed of donation from B. Frank Dooley and wife,
Sallie Fox Dooley conveying Lot 11, City Block 95, located
at 126 West Provine Street, Paris, Texas; and,
WHEREAS, the generosity of the Dooley's is appreciated
and it would be in the best interest of the citizens of
Paris to accept such donation; and,
WHEREAS,
and proper to

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the donation of B. Frank Dooley and wife, Sallie
Fox Dooley of Lot 11, City Block 95 described in such deed
attached hereto as Exhibit A is in all things accepted.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said Lot 11, City Block 95
be and the same is hereby declared to be surplus property of
the City of Paris and the same may be disposed of in
accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and the
Charter of the City of Paris.

eration whatever, do hereby Give, Grant, Convey, Deliver and
Confirm unto the CITY OF PARIS of the County of Lamar, State
of Texas, whose mailing address is POBox 1037, Paris,

situated in Lamar County, Texas, and described as follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the
City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of
Texas, a part of the Larkin Rattan Survey #778,
and being a part of tracts 2 and 3 as conveyed
Sallie Fox by deed recorded in Vol. 235, Page 396,
of the Deed Records of said County and State;
BEGINNING at an iron pin (frs) at the South-
west corner of a lot conveyed out of said tract 2
and 3, said point being in the North Boundary line
of Provine Street, said point being North 85
Degrees West a distance of 79.3 feet from an iron
pin (f) at the Southeast corner of said tract 3
and the West Boundary line of 1st N.W. Street;
THENCE North 88 Deg. Wes t along the North
boundary line of said Provine Street a distance of
77 feet to an iron pin (s) for corner at the
Southwest corner of said tract 2 and the West
corner of said tract 3;
THENCE North 1 Deg. West a distance of 55
feet to an iron pin (s) for corner at the North-
west corner of said tract 2;
THENCE North 89 Deg. 47 Min. East along the
North boundary line of said tract 2 a distance of
78.2 feet to an iron pin (s) for corner at the
Northwest corner of said lot as conveyed out of
said tract;
THENCE South 0 Deg. 20 Min. West a distance
of 58 feet to the place of beginning and
containing 0.1007 acres of land.
