1987-104-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris is aware of the development of Morningside North
RESOLUTION NO.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris is aware
of the development of Morningside North Addition and the
extension of water and sewer service to serve said addition;
and,
WHEREAS, the utility easement descriptions necessary
for the completion of said water and sewer service extension
are shown on Exhibit A attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the above
described utility easements are necessary for said proj ect
and that the same should be condemned; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, be, and he is
hereby authorized and directed to proceed with eminent
domain proceedings to condemn the above described property
to be used for water and sewer service extension to
Morningside North Addition.
Passed and adopted this 28th day of September, 1987.
