1987-093-RES WHEREAS, the City of Paris did heretofore in Resolution No. 87-089 authorize the Center Street

WHEREAS, the City of Paris did heretofore in Resolution
No. 87-089 authorize the Center Street Waterline Replacement
project from 7th N.W. Street West to 19th N.W. Street under
emergency conditions; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Paris did make application for a
pipeline license and permission to excavate and replace said
waterline in order that said emergency replacement could
proceed without delay; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary that a license agreement be
obtained from Kiamichi Railroad Company in the form of
Exhibit A attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, such license agreement should be executed by
the City of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the Mayor of the City of Paris, Billy Joe
Burnett, be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to
execute on behalf of the City of Paris, the license agree-
ment, with Kiamichi Railroad Company, attached hereto as
Exhibit A evidencing the City of Paris' acceptance of the
same.
