1987-120-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has been notified that Lamar County Human Resources
RESOLUTION NO. 87-120
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has been
notified that Lamar County Human Resources Council, Inc.,
wishes to terminate its lease with the City of Paris dated
September 8, 1986, because they no longer have a need for
the same; and,
WHEREAS, there is no known municipal use for the same,
and it would be right and proper to declare the same to be
surplus property; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the building and lot located at 260 E. Booth
Street, being Lot 30, City Block 59, be, and it is hereby
declared to be surplus property and ordered sold.
