RESOLUTION NO. 87-107
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did
heretofore on the 28th day of September, 1987, pass
Resolution No. 87-098, which said resolution was incorrect
and requires correction; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That Resolution No. 87-098, be, and the same is
hereby amended to read as follows:
"WHEREAS, certain expense and capital outlay accounts
have experienced unexpected expenditures in excess of budget
appropriations in the 1986-87 fiscal year as follows:

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, that to the extent of the above stated Contingent
Appropriation Funds, being in the amount of $165,000.00, an
emergency is hereby found to exist and declared; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that The Director of Finance,
W. E. Anderson, be, and he is hereby authorized and directed
to transfer from the following account the amount shown
therein:
