RESOLUTION NO.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, did
heretofore authorize the City Staff to develop plans and
specifications for 24th Street S.E. Water Main Improvement
Project; and,
WHEREAS, the plans and specifications for 24th Street
S. E. Water Main Improvement Proj ect have been prepared by
the Engineering Department of the City of Paris, which plans
and specifications are recommended for approval; and,
WHEREAS, such plans and specifications should be
approved and such project should be advertised for bids;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the plans and specifications for 24th Street
S.E. Water Main Improvement Project are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That such project for 24th
Street S.E. Water Main Improvement Project should be
advertised for bids to be received after due notice and
thereafter returned to City Council on October 19, 1987 for
letting.
