SUBJECT: UPDATE ON PACKAGE 4 OF THE 2013 BOND FUND WATER &
SANITARY SEWER REPLACEMENT PROJECT

BACKGROUND: On December 14, 2015, City Council approved a contract with Oscar Renda
in the amount $23,348,350 for Package 4 of the 2013 Bond Fund Water & Sanitary Sewer
Replacement Project.
STATUS OF ISSUE: City Council has not been given an update on this project in months and the
project is near completion. Both Matthew Abbe and I will give an update to City Council about
this project.
BUDGET: This project was funded through the 2013 utility bond proceeds.
RECOMMENDATION: This is a presentation only.
