1987-082-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has undertaken a project of construction entitled Center

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has
undertaken a project of construction entitled Center Street
Water Line Replacement in accordance with plans and speci-
fications prepared by the Engineering Department of the City
of Paris; and,
WHEREAS, the
completion of said
hereto; and,
easement description necessary for the
project are shown on Exhibit A attached
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the above
described utility and drainage easements are necessary for
said improvement project and that the same should be
condemned; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, be, and he is
hereby authorized and directed to proceed with eminent
domain proceedings to condemn the above described property
to be used for Center Street Water Line Replacement.
