1. Call meeting to order.
2. Approval of minutes from previous meeting. June 1, 2021
3. Public hearing to consider and take action on the petition of Charles Edwards, on
behalf of Michele and Ricky Hines regarding a variance from the City of Paris
Zoning Ordinance Section 9-201 of the Area Regulations, on Lot 32, Block 84, of
the Hines Addition being located at 541 NW 11 ' Street.
4. Public hearing to consider and take action on the petition of Chance Floyd regarding
a variance from the City of Paris Zoning Ordinance Section 9-501 of the Area
Regulations, on Lot 1, Block B, of The Meadows being located at 4135 Jasmine
Street.
5. Public hearing to consider and take action on the petition of Audrey Bills regarding
a variance from the City of Paris Zoning Ordinance Section 9-501 of the Area
Regulations, on Lot 10, City Block 74-B, being located at 824 NE 31 Street.
6. Public hearing to consider and take action on the petition of Audrey Bills regarding
a variance from the City of Paris Zoning Ordinance Section 9-601 of the Area
Regulations, on Lot 10, City Block 74-B, being located at 824 NE 3rd Street.
