1987-080-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore, in Resolution No. 86-077, award the
RESOLUTION NO. 87-080
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did
heretofore, in Resolution No. 86-077, award the contract for
the Paris Public Library Improvements to Aud1ey Moore
Company; and,
WHEREAS, William M. Lightfoot, AlA, recommends the
amendment of said contract by Change Order No. 7 attached
hereto as Exhibit "A" which provides for a net increase in
contract price of $2,303.00 to a total of $718,264.00, and
an increase in contract time of 7 days, for removing
basement concrete floor as needed to replace existing
bathroom sewer line with 4" PVC connected to new sewer line,
running separate 4" PVC line from existing floor drain
connected to old sewer line and adding 20 I X 5' alum "w"
pans canopy with fascia and scuppers, wall braces 3' on
center; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the contract for the Paris Public Library
Improvement project is hereby amended by Change Order No.7,
attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and the Mayor of the City of
Paris, Billy Joe Burnett, is hereby authorized and directed,
on behalf of the City of Paris, to execute said Change
Order.
