The Board of Trustees of the Paris Firemen's Relief and Retirement Fund will meet in the conference room of
station one located at 1444 North Main Street on Tuesday, September 14th, 2021 at 3:00 p.m.
1. Call to order
2. The public may address the Board. Five minutes will be allotted to each person.
3. Approve the minutes from the August 2021 meeting.
4. Review and approve the August Financial Statements from Westwood.
5. Discussion and Action on having actuarial study done to determine effects of pay raise on the funds
amortization period
6. Discussion and action on entering into negotiations with The City on how to strengthen our Plan.
7. Approve funding of expenses for Board Members wanting to attend 2021 TLFFRA conference
8. Approve payment on invoices received
9. Review of correspondence addressed to PFRRF
10. Adjourn
