RESOLUTION NO, 87-069
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has
undertaken a project of construction entitled 1987 Central
Interceptor Rehabilitation, Phase I, in accordance with
plans and specifications prepared by Ron Pedersen, Staff
Engineer of the City of Paris; and,
WHEREAS, the easement descriptions necessary for the
completion of said 1987 Central Interceptor Rehabilitation,
Phase I, proj ect are shown on Exhibit A attached hereto;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council finds
described temporary construction easements
said improvement project and that the
condemned; NOW, THEREFORE,
that the above
are necessary for
same should be
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, be, and he is
hereby authorized and directed to proceed with eminent
domain proceedings to condemn the above described property
to be used for 1987 Central Interceptor Rehabilitation,
Phase I.
Passed and adopted this 22nd day of June, 1987.
