RESOLUTION NO.
87-136
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the membership of
the Library Advisory Board of the City of Paris due to the
resignation of Dr. Don Black, and it is necessary to appoint
his successor, and the Mayor of the City of Paris, Billy Joe
Burnett, having appointed Eric Tate to serve the unexpired
term of Dr. Black, which ends June 30, 1988, and has
submitted the name of such person to the City Council of the
City of Paris, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS: That the appointment of Eric Tate, as a member of
the Library Advisory Board of the City of Paris, to serve
the unexpired term of Dr. Don Black, which ends June 30,
1988, is by the City Council of the City of Paris hereby
approved and confirmed.
