MONTHLY BOARD MEETING AGENDA

The Board of Trustees of the Paris Firemen's Relief and Retirement Fund will meet in the conference room of
station one located at 1444 North Main Street on Tuesday, October 12th, 2021 at 3:00 p.m.
1. Call to order
2. The public may address the Board. Five minutes will be allotted to each person.
3. Approve the minutes from the September 2021 meeting.
4. Review and approve the September Financial Statements from Westwood.
5. Discussion on filling Casey Ressler's position on the board
6. Discussion on entering into negotiations with The City on how to strengthen our Plan.
7. Approve reimbursement for expenses accrued for TLFFRA conference.
8. Approve payment on invoices received
9. Hear quarterly report from West Wood financial, given by Amy Lester.
10. Review of correspondence addressed to PFRRF
11. Adjourn
