WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, did
heretofore authorize the preparation of plans and
specifications for a project of construction for a treated
water transmission line from City of Paris Lake Crook Water
Treatment Plant south to Campbell Soup Plant; and,
WHEREAS, such plans and specifications have been
prepared by Shimek, Jacobs & Finklea, Consultant Engineers
of Dallas, Texas, with the title being given thereto of "33"
Treated Water Pipeline Project", which plans and
specifications are recommended for approval by the Director
of Engineering of the City of Paris; and,
WHEREAS, such plans and specifications
approved and such proj ect should be advertised
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the plans and specifications for the 33"
Treated Water Pipeline Project are hereby approved,
should be
for bids;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That such 33" Treated Water
Pipeline Project should be advertised for bids to be
received after due notice and thereafter returned to City
Council for letting,
