1986-015-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore in Resolution No. 85-090 passed on the RESOLUTION NO. 86-015 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore in Resolution No. 85-090 passed on the 14th day of October, 1985, authorize and direct the procurement of Lot 3, City Block 178, needed for the Library Improvement Project; and, WHEREAS, the occupant of the restaurant store building on said lot desires to retain certain items of furniture and fixtures located therein for which the City of Paris has no need and it would be right and proper for the City of Paris to quit claim any rights to such furniture and fixtures, using the form designated "Quit Claim of Personal Property" attached hereto as Exhibit A; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, That the Mayor of the City of Paris, George Fisher, Jr" be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City of Paris the Quit Claim of Personal Property in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto to Gary L, McEntyre.
