SUBJECT: Consideration of and action on the Replat of the Fairview Addition, Lot 1 of Block 14,
located at 1530 Block of NE 1St Street along the intersection of Hickory & Yd St. NE

BACKGROUND
Over the past couple of years the City Council has worked with the Boys & Girls Club of Paris Texas to
convey land on the south side of the fairgrounds owned by the City to their organization where an existing
ballfield is located. Approval of this plat will complete the agreement between both parties with the platted
unimproved 3rd Street being vacated with the plat and being retitled as a 50' wide utility easement.
RECOMMENDATION
Approval is recommended by Staff and the Planning & Zoning Commission without conditions.
