The Board of Trustees of the Paris Firemen's Relief and Retirement Fund will meet in the Training
Room of Station one located at 1444 North Main Street on Tuesday, November 9th, 2021 at 3:00 p.m.
1. Call to order
2. The public may address the Board. Five minutes will be allotted to each person. Additional time
may be granted. (Unless an item is posted on the Agenda, the Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits the
Board from responding to any comments other than to refer the matter to a future agenda, to an existing
policy, or to a staff person with specific, factual information.)
3. Review and approve the minutes from the October 2021 meeting.
4. Review and approve the October 2021 Financial Statements from Westwood.
5. Hear actuarial report and recommendations for strengthening The Plan, as presented by David
Sawyer of Definiti actuarial services.
b. Discussion and possible action on recommendations given by the Actuary
7. Review and take action on correspondence addressed to the Paris Firefighters' Relief and
Retirement Fund received after last meeting.
8. Adjourn
