BACKGROUND
The applicant requested plat approval for the demolition and re -construction of a single family residence
through the HOME Program. The subject property is zoned to MF -1. The site is 0.56 acres. Minimum
lot dimension requirements for the plat are met and all setbacks can be met. All submission requirements
for the preliminary and final plats have been met. The Planning & Zoning Commission reviewed and
approved the preliminary and final plats on ll/ 1 /21 and approved both.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff and the Planning & Zoning Commission recommends approval of the Final Plat without
conditions.
