SUBJECT: Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of the Pshigoda Austin Addition CB
115, Lot 1, Block A, LCAD Property ID 15896, located at 728 E Austin Street.
The applicant requested plat approval for the construction of a new duplex at 728 East Austin Street.
The subject property is zoned MF- 1. The applicant intends to build a duplex on the site which contains
approximately 11,580 s.f. Minimum lot dimension requirements for the plat are met and all setbacks can
be met. All submission requirements for the preliminary and final plats have been met except for a few
minor details identified in the engineering report that can be addressed following approval of the plat.
The Planning & Zoning Commission approved both the preliminary and final plats on I 1/ 1 /2 1.
Staff ante Planning & Zoning Commission recommends approval of the Final at, with the following
condition:
1. 7" and 8" Streets SE shall be shown upon the final pl4i
