SUBJECT: Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of the Cruz Addition CB 316, Lot 1,
Block A, LOAD Property IIS 18743, located at 950 NE 31s' Street.

BACKGROUND
The applicant requested plat approval for the construction of a large addition onto the rear of an existing
single family residence located at 950 NE 31" Street. The subject property is zoned SF -2. The applicant
intends to construct a large addition onto the rear of the house on this property which contains
approximately 34,700 s.f. Minimum lot dimension requirements for the plat are met and all setbacks for
the proposed addition are met. All submission requirements for the preliminary and final plats have
been met except for a minor detail identified in the engineering report that can be addressed for the
preliminary plat following approval of both plats which were approved by the Planning & zoning
Commission on 1111121.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff and the Planning & zoning Commission recommends approval of the Final Plat without
conditions.
