1986-065-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore, in Resolution No. 86-001, award the
RESOLUTION NO. 86-065
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did
heretofore, in Resolution No. 86-001, award the contract for
construction of Additions to Water Treatment Plant to
Heritage Constructor's, Inc.; and,
WHEREAS, the the City Council of the City of Paris
directs the amendment of said contract by Change Order No. 4
attached hereto as Exhibit "A", which provides for a net
increase in contract price of $1,949.00 to a total of
$3,074,219.00 with no increase in contract time, for the
addition of scum skimmer supports as described in the
Contractor's letter of May 5, 1986, and for the deletion of
yard lighting work remaining under this contract and for
furnishing and delivering lighting fixtures and materials;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the contract for Addition to the Water Treatment
Plant is hereby amended by Change Order No. 4 attached
hereto as Exhibit "A" and the Mayor of the City of Paris,
Billy Joe Burnett, is hereby authorized and directed, on
behalf of the City of Paris, to execute said Change Order.
