PUBLIC NOTICE OF CHANGES IN ELECTION PRECINCT5
Pursuant to §42.035, Texas Election Code, the city council for the City of Paris herein provides
notice of changes in the council political boundaries as adopted, and as precleared by the United States
Deparhnent of Justice on 27 day of March, 2012.
Interested individuals may review the adopted changes at city hall during regular business hours. -
The changes in district election precincts were n~on and 42 U S Cst§ l 973 also known as the
precincts in comphance with the United States Consritu coun Voting Rights Act, following the release of 2010 census en the council prec ncts~and oc nsure tthe
precincts were designed to achieve numencal balance betw
voting rights of all citizens in the City of Paris.
