1986-045-RES WHEREAS, an Assistant City Clerk of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, Zoe Hazlewood, has retired and it is
RESOLUTION NO. 86-045
WHEREAS, an Assistant City Clerk of the City of Paris,
Paris, Texas, Zoe Hazlewood, has retired and it is fitting
and proper that an Assistant City Clerk be appointed to
replace her; and,
WHEREAS, Joe McCollum is qualified and an appropriate
person to be appointed Assistant City Clerk with power to
act in the capacity of the City Clerk in the absence of
Mattie Cunningham; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That Joe McCollum, be, and he is hereby appointed
Assistant City Clerk to act in the stead of Mattie
Cunningham when she is occupied with other duties, absent
from the City or incapable of acting as City Clerk.
