1986-038-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has has recognized the necessity of relocating the fire
RESOLUTION NO. 86-038
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has has
recognized the necessity of relocating the fire hydrant at
the Southeast corner of the intersection of DeShong Drive
and North Main Street and the improvement of the radius
adjacent thereto; and,
WHEREAS, the right-of-way description necessary for the
described improvements is shown on Exhibit A attached
hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the above
described right-of-way is necessary for said improvement and
that the same should be condemned; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, be, and he is
hereby authorized and directed to proceed to condemn the
above described property to be used for the relocation of
the fire hydrant on the Southeast corner of the intersection
of DeShong Drive and North Main Street and for radius
improvement as necessary for protection of the same.
