1986-037-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, did heretofore authorize the preparation of plans and

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, did
heretofore authorize the preparation of plans and specifica-
tions for a Fluoridation System at the Lake Crook Water
Treatment Plant; and,
WHEREAS, such plans and specifications have been
prepared by Shimek, Jacobs & Finklea, with the title being
given thereto of "Fluoridation System at the Water Treatment
Plant", which plans and specifications are recommended for
approval by the Director of Utilities of the City of Paris;
and, .
WHEREAS, such plans and specifications should be
approved and the equipment needed for such project should be
advertised for bids; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY
PARIS, That the plans

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the equipment needed for
