1986-036-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has undertaken a project of construction entitled
RESOLUTION NO. 86-036
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has
undertaken a project of construction entitled Drainage
Improvements in the 1300-1400 block of 34th Street N. E.
in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by
Brandon Chaney, Interim City Engineer of the City of Paris;
and,
WHEREAS,
completion of
hereto; and,
the
said
easement description necessary for the
project is shown on Exhibit A attached
WHEREAS, the City Council finds
described utility and drainage easement
said improvement project and that the
condemned; NOW, THEREFORE,
that the above
is necessary for
same should be
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the City Attorney, T, K. Haynes, be, and he is
hereby authorized and directed to proceed to condemn the
above described property to be used for utility and drainage
easement.
