1986-035-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, did heretofore authorize the preparation of plans and

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, did
heretofore authorize the preparation of plans and specifica-
tions for Drainage Improvements in the 1300-1400 block of
34th Street N. E.; and,
WHEREAS, such plans and specifications have been
prepared by Brandon Chaney, Interim City Engineer, with the
title being given thereto of "Drainage Improvements in the
1300-1400 block of 34th Street N.E.", which plans and
specifications are recommended for approval by the Director
of Engineering of the City of Paris; and,
WHEREAS, such plans and specifications
approved and such project should be advertised
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the plans and specifications for Drainage
Improvements in the 1300-1400 block of 34th Street N. E.,
are hereby approved.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That such Drainage Improvements
in the 1300-1400 block of 34th Street N.E, project should be
advertised for bids to be received after due notice and
thereafter returned to City Council for letting.
