WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, did
heretofore authorize the preparation of plans and specifica-
tions for a project of construction of the Water Treatment
Plant Alum Sludge Disposal System; and,
WHEREAS, such plans and specifications have been
prepared by Shimek, Jacobs & Finklea, Consultant Engineers
of Dallas, Texas, with the title being given thereto of
"City of Paris Water Treatment Plant Alum Sludge Disposal
System", which plans and specifications are reconnnended for
approval by the Director of Engineering of the City of
Paris; and,
WHEREAS, such plans
approved and such proj ect
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the plans and specifications for the City of
Paris Water Treatment Plant Alum Sludge Disposal System are
hereby approved,
and specifications should be
should be advertised for bids;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That such Water Treatment Plant
Alum Sludge Disposal System project should be advertised for
bids to be received after due notice and thereafter returned
to City Council for letting.
