1986-028-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, did heretofore authorize the preparation of plans and

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, did
heretofore authorize the preparation of plans and specifica-
tions for a project of construction of a metal building for
the Public Works Maintenance Shop located at 50 West Hickory
Street; and,
WHEREAS, such plans and specifications have been
prepared by the engineering staff of the City of Paris, with
the title being given thereto of "Public Works Maintenance
Shop", which plans and specifications are recommended for
approval by the Director of Engineering of the City of
Paris; and,
WHEREAS, such plans
approved and such proj ect
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the plans and specifications for the Public
Works Maintenance Shop are hereby approved,
and specifications should be
should be advertised for bids;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That such Public Works Mainte-
nance Shop project should be advertised for bids to be
received after due notice and thereafter returned to City
Council for letting,
