1986-018-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, has undertaken a project of construction entitled "33-
RESOLUTION NO. 86-018
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, has
undertaken a project of construction entitled "33-Inch
Treated Water Pipeline Project" in accordance with plans and
specifications prepared by Shimek, Jacobs and Finklea,
Consultant Engineers of Dallas, Texas, for a treated water
transmission line from City of Paris Lake Crook Water
Treatment Plant south to Campbell Soup plant; and,
WHEREAS, the easement descriptions necessary for the
completion of said 33-Inch Treated Water Pipeline Project
are shown on Exhibit A attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the
described utility
improvement project
NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, be, and he is
hereby authorized and directed to proceed to condemn the
above described property to be used for the 33-Inch Treated
Water Pipeline Project.
