The Board of Trustees of the Paris Firemen's Relief and Retirement Fund will meet in the Training
Room of Station one located at 1444 North Main Street on Tuesday, January 11th, 2022 at 3:00 p.m.
1. Call to order
2. The public may address the Board. Five minutes will be allotted to each person. Additional time
may be granted. (Unless an item is posted on the Agenda, the Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits the
Board from responding to any comments other than to refer the matter to a future agenda, to an existing
policy, or to a staff person with specific, factual information.)
3. Review and approve the minutes from the December 2021 meetings.
4. Review and approve the December 2021 Financial Statements from Westwood.
5. Discussion on sitting a new civilian board member to replace Casey Ressler
6. Discussion on plans to strengthen Paris Firefighter's Retirement Fund
7. Approve benefit payments to Latricia Miller
8. Set date for annual membership meeting
9. Review and take action on correspondence addressed to the Paris Firefighters' Relief and
Retirement Fund received after last meeting.
10. Adjourn
