1986-128-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did advertise for bids for supplying pavement sealant for
RESOLUTION NO. 86-128
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did
advertise for bids for supplying pavement sealant for joint
renovation at the City of Paris Cox Field Airport, Paris,
Texas, being part of Cox Field TAC Project No. 866-24 which
bids were received until 10: 00 0' clock A.M., Wednesday,
December 3, 1986; and,
WHEREAS, the best bid for such construction was made by
Crafco Texas, Inc., 105 Tower Drive, San Antonio, Texas
78232 and it should be awarded the bid for supplying said
sealant; and,
WHEREAS, the form of contract
attached hereto as Exhibit A, and
approved; NOW, THEREFORE,
for such project is

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, that the Bid of Crafco Texas, Inc., for the above
described airport improvement project, in the amount of
$36,790.00, is hereby accepted and let conditioned upon said
contractor meeting all of the terms and specifications
included in the bid documents; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Mayor of the City of
Paris, Billy Joe Burnett, be, and he is hereby authorized
and directed to execute on behalf of the City of Paris the
contract for said airport improvement project, upon the
terms and conditions and in the form shown in Exhibit A
attached hereto, with Crafco Texas, Inc.
