WHEREAS, the terms of office of F. D. Mallory, III,
Alex Woods, W. M. Lightfoot, J. P. Shull and Richard Nafe,
as members of the Board of Adjustment of the City of Paris,
will expire on December 31, 1986; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Billy Joe
Burnett, does hereby recommend the re-appointment of F. D.
Mallory, III, Alex Woods, W. M. Lightfoot, J. P. Shull and
Richard Nafe, for a term of two (2) years, beginning January
1, 1987, and ending December 31, 1988; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the re-appointment of F. D. Mallory, III, Alex
Woods, W. M. Lightfoot, J. P. Shull and Richard Nafe, to
serve as members of the Board of Adjustment of the City of
Paris, for a term of two (2) years, beginning January 1,
1987, and ending December 31, 1988, be, and the same are
hereby approved and confirmed by the City Council of the
City of Paris.
Passed and adopted this 8th day of December, 1986.
