Members Present: John Bratcher, Ryan Whitaker, Kelli McDonald, Trevor Huie, Brad Hilliard, Bryan
Hargis, Bud Mistry, Chadlee Johnston, Russell Jackson and Trey Glascock.
Staff Present: Becky Semple and Gina Crawford.
Chadlee Johnston called the meeting to order at 4:00 pm.
Minutes: A motion to approve October minutes was made by Trey Glascock, seconded by Bud Mistry.
Motion passed unanimously.
Financials: Russell Jackson presented the October financials. A motion to approve was made by Bryan
Hargis, seconded by Brad Hilliard. Motion passed unanimously.
Becky Semple presented funding request for Paris High School Basketball Tournament on December 28-
301h. Based on the scoring criteria a motion to approve $2500.00 was made by Trey Glascock, seconded
by Bud Mistry. Motion passed unanimously.
Old Business: None.
Future business: Bryan Hargis said he has spoken with Laura Graves about a mud run at Barber Hills.
More info to come. Becky Semple stated that the VCC has started planning for the Eclipse in 2024.
