TUESDAY JANUARY 4 2022
12:00 O'CLOCK P.M.
1. The Board of Adjustment meeting was called to order by Larry Walker at 12:09 p.m.
The following members were present: Larry Walker, Chris Fitzgerald and Sequoia
Bruce.
Also present were Andrew Mack, Stephanie Harris and concerned citizens.
2. Approval of minutes from previous meeting. (November 2, 2021)
Motion was made by Sequoia Bruce, seconded by Chris Fitzgerald to approve minutes for the
November 2nd, 2021 meeting. Motion carried 3:0.
3. Public hearing to consider and take action on the petition of Charles Edwards, on behalf
of Emma Young on Lot 2, Block 4, of the Harlan Heights Addition being located at 1071
NE 17th Street.
Public hearing was declared open.
Andrew Mack, Director of Planning and Zoning, recommends the Board open and continue the
hearing for the next scheduled meeting on Tuesday, February 1St
Motion was made by Chris Fitzgerald, seconded by Sequoia Bruce to continue the public hearing
and reconvene on Tuesday, February 1St, 2022 at 12:00pm. Motion carried 3:0.
4. Adjournment.
