The Board of Trustees of the Paris Firemen's Relief and Retirement Fund will meet in the conference room of
station one located at 1444 North Main Street on Thursday, February 10th, 2022 at 1:00 p.m.
1. Call to order
2. Seat officers of the board
3. The public may address the Board .5minutes will be allotted to each person.
4. Approve the minutes from the January, 2021 meeting.
5. Review and approve the January Financial Statements from Westwood.
6. Discuss and approve payment of the Plans actuary for work being done to study freezing the plan or
merging with TMRS.
7. Discussion on ways to strengthen the plan
8. Approve payment on invoices received
9. Review of correspondence addressed to PFRRF
10. Adjourn
