1986-105-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris is in receipt of the donation of Utility Easements from B. J. RESOLUTION NO. 86-105 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris is in receipt of the donation of Utility Easements from B. J. Floyd and Travis Coston, Billy J. Parks and Foxworth- Galbraith Lumber Company, for water line extension in the 2100 block of Loop 286; and, WHEREAS, said Utility hereto; and, the property descriptions necessary for the Easements are shown on Exhibit A attached WHEREAS, the City Council finds that Easements are necessary for the water line location and it would be in the best citizens of Paris to accept such donation; the above Utility extension at said interest of the NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, That the donation of the above described Utility Easements should be accepted.
