1986-104-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore on the 10th day of December, 1984
RESOLUTION NO. 86-104
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did
heretofore on the lOth day of December, 1984 authorize the
City of Paris to enter into an Interlocal Agreement with
Texas Municipal League Joint Self-Insurance Fund and did in
Resolution No. 84-088 authorize the execution of said
agreement; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary that said insurance coverage
be extended for another year as authorized by Ordinance No.
86-033 which adopted the Budget for fiscal year 1986-87 and
another Interlocal Agreement and Addendum No. 1 be executed
in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That Billy Joe Burnett, Mayor of the City of Paris,
be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute on
behalf of the City of Paris an Inter1oca1 Agreement and
Addendum No. 1 with Texas Municipal League Joint Self-
Insurance Fund in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto.
