1986-099-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore on the 9th day of June, 1986, authorize the
RESOLUTION NO. 86-099
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did
heretofore on the 9th day of June, 1986, authorize the City
Staff to develop plans and specifications for a Wastewater
Sludge Disposal System; and,
WHEREAS, the easement descriptions necessary for the
completion of said Wastewater Sludge Disposal System project
are shown on Exhibit A attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the above
described utility easements are necessary for said improve-
ment project and that the same should be condemned; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, be, and he is
hereby authorized and directed to proceed with eminent
domain proceedings to condemn the above described property
to be used for a Wastewater Sludge Disposal System.
