1986-097-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore in Resolution No. 86-052 on June 9, 1986
RESOLUTION NO. 86-097
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did
heretofore in Resolution No. 86-052 on June 9, 1986 author-
ize David H. Doty to execute necessary applications and
documents for funding under the Texas Community Development
Program such application to be considered under Area Revi-
talization Fund, in the amount of $545,600.00; and,
WHEREAS, David H. Doty is no longer City Manager of the
City of Paris and it is necessary to amend Resolution No.
86-052 to authorize an appropriate person to execute neces-
sary documents; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That paragraph 4 of Resolution No, 86-052 be amended
to read as follows:
"4. That, Billy Joe Burnett, Mayor, be, and he is
hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver
on behalf of the City of Paris all necessary applica-
tions, communications, instruments, assurances and
documents required for the completion of said project."
